Mississippi Premier Plastic Surgery, Madison, MS

Mississippi Premier Plastic Surgery, is conveniently located, as an anchor facility, in the medical corridor within the Fountains of Madison, Madison, MS.  This group of doctors is focused on helping their patients look and feel their best.  This is further expressed in their commitment to the design of the facility from with they practice.  A joint effort, in the form of design build construction, Probity Contracting Group, the design teams of Dean a& Dean, SEAM and the developers created a unique design unlike any in central Mississippi.

The concept for this Neo-Classical design began with an opportunity to combine a medical office building, a custom spa, as well as an Ambulatory Surgery Center into one facility.  An expansive conservatory connects these functions by providing an exceptional place to gather and enjoy the elements of the outdoors with the conveniences of the indoors.

Mississippi Premier Plastic is approximately 18,200 square feet of medical care, spa, surgical facility, conservatory and associated parking.  The building construction consists of a slab on grade foundation, with an exterior skin comprised of brick, EIFS and precast.  The brick detailing and the synthetic stucco pediments accentuate the elevations providing architectural relief and interest.  Structurally, a heavy steel framed package and metal stud construction, along with metal canopies over each entrance and cementitious cornice adorned with synthetic stucco modillions.  The mansard roof is comprised of a combination between synthetic slate shingles and TPO.  The windows and doors are aluminum storefront with applied muttons to further enhance the architectural design continuity throughout the development.  The entry is highlighted with a herringbone brick paver path.  The interior spaces emphasize the individuality and timeless quality of the space.

This project began in July 2017 and took 10 months to complete in May of 2018.
